How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Every bag features a 'Roasted On' date so you know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
What is the difference between Light, Medium, and Dark roasts?
Light roasts offer high acidity and original bean flavors; Medium roasts provide a balanced flavor and aroma; Dark roasts are bold and smoky with lower acidity and a heavier body.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. We use specialized vacuum-sealed packaging to ensure the aroma and flavor remain intact during transit.
Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
Which grind size should I choose for my brewing method?
We offer Whole Bean (best for freshness), Coarse (French Press), Medium (Drip/Pour Over), and Fine (Espresso). If you are unsure, we recommend Whole Bean for the longest shelf life.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Yes, we work directly with small-holder farms and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices. Most of our beans are Direct Trade or Fair Trade Certified.
