Return Process

  Email our roasting team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused equipment or unsealed coffee bags in their original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect the returned items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
